4" (100 MM) SUBMERSIBLE

Ramesh Submersible Pumps suitable for 4" (100mm) borewells were developed after constant research and development in the company after considering various field running conditions of these pumps.

The components used in the pumps are selected after carefully analysing the performance of the pumps in actual working conditions.

The motor is squirrel cage wet type 2880 RPM suitable for 230 V (+10% - 20%) single phase 50 Hz power supply.

Salient Features

• The motor is designed to run at low voltages
• Adequate size of Thrust Bearing made of high wear resistant
  material is used to with stand axial thrust load with minimum
  wear
• Quality stainless steel shaft ground to close tolerance is used in
  motor and pump along with L.T.B. - 4 bushes for high wear
  resistant qualities
• Dynamically balanced rotor shaft to ensure vibration free
  operation and durability
• The motor is effectively sealed using quality oil seals and sand
  guard to prevent sand and other impurities entering to it
• The pump casing is specially designed and developed. The
  casing made of glass filled noryl plastic is reinforced by
  individual stainless stell casing, with proper thickness which
  avoids breakage of casing
• The reinforced noryl S.S.casing is machined to close tolerance
  for better alignment which avoid stage losses
• The neck ring in the casing is made of leaded tin bronze and is
  machined to run in close tolerance with the impeller, which
  increases durability and efficiency of the pump
• Available in various ranges to suit all application
• These pump sets available from 0.75 HP to 2.0 HP in single
  phase, 0.75 HP to 5.0 HP in three phase are suitable to work
  upto.
